Enquiry details you send us through our forms.
Basic technical information needed to run the site, such as your basket contents.

Why we use it

To take, prepare and deliver your order (contract).
To send order updates by email or text, as you choose (contract).
To reply to enquiries and follow up baskets you've started (legitimate interests).
To keep accounting records (legal obligation).
Analytics and marketing only if you agree to them in the cookie banner (consent).

Who we share it with

Only the providers who help us run the business: our website and database hosts, payment provider, delivery drivers and messaging services. We never sell your data.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for six years for tax purposes. Uploaded artwork is deleted after the order is fulfilled [period to confirm]. Baskets you start on this website, and any name, email or phone number you type with them, are kept for 30 days from your last visit so you or our office can pick the order up again. After 30 days the basket contents and contact details are deleted automatically. Enquiries are deleted after [period to confirm].

Cookies

Essential storage keeps your basket working: a first-party basket cookie that lasts 30 days and is never shared with anyone else. It is needed for ordering, so it isn't covered by the cookie banner. Optional analytics and marketing cookies are only used after you accept them. You can change your choice at any time using "Cookie settings" in the footer.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, object to its use, or ask us to stop marketing. Email sales@indulgefood.co.uk. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
