Delivery & collection
How ordering works.
The 24-hour rule.
Every order needs 24 hours' notice, counted from the moment you order. There's no cut-off time in the day — the clock simply starts when you check out.
Shabbos and Yom Tov don't count towards the 24 hours. If your 24 hours land on Shabbos, we skip it. A two-day Yom Tov skips two days; Yom Tov running into Shabbos skips three.
Sunday is a normal working day. We take orders and deliver as usual.
Friday deliveries end early — there's one morning slot, finishing at 1pm.
Some items need longer. Arrangements need 48 hours. Cured fish needs 72 hours, and we'll call you to confirm it. If your basket mixes items, the longest notice wins, and the basket tells you which item is setting the date.
