Question 1

How much notice do you need?

Accepted Answer

24 hours from the moment you order. Arrangements need 48 hours, and cured fish 72 hours. The basket shows your earliest date before you check out, and names the item setting it.

Question 2

Do Shabbos and Yom Tov count towards the 24 hours?

Accepted Answer

No. If your 24 hours run into Shabbos or Yom Tov, we skip those days. Order on Friday morning and your earliest delivery is Sunday morning.

Question 3

I have an allergy. Can you help?

Accepted Answer

Tell us when you order and call the office before you do. Our kitchen handles dairy, eggs, gluten, fish, sesame and nuts, so we can't promise any item is completely free of an allergen. The office will talk you through what's safest.

Question 4

Can I change or cancel my order?

Accepted Answer

Call us as early as you can on 020 8800 7469. Changes are usually fine until we start preparing, which is normally the day before delivery. Arrangements and personalised items can't be cancelled once they've been started. See our refunds policy for the details.

Question 5

Can I collect instead?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Choose Collection in the basket and pick a slot. It's free, and the same notice applies. We'll send the address with your confirmation.

Question 6

Where do you deliver?

Accepted Answer

Across the UK, priced by postcode zone — London Inner, London Outer, Home Counties and the rest of the UK. Put your postcode into the basket to see your zone.

Question 7

Can I add a card to an arrangement?

Accepted Answer

Yes. On any arrangement you can type a message or upload your own card — a brocho sheet, invitation or photo. We print it and place it with the arrangement.

Question 8

Is there a minimum order?

Accepted Answer

There's no minimum for most items. Office packages are for at least 4 people. Some delivery zones may have a minimum; the office will tell you if so.

Question 9

Do you do corporate accounts?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Open an office account and we'll invoice you per order, weekly or monthly, whichever suits. It turns ordering lunches and meetings into a two-minute job.

Question 10

How do I pay?

Accepted Answer

By card through our secure checkout. Items marked Price on request are confirmed with you by the office first — nothing is charged until you've agreed the price. Office accounts can be invoiced.

Question 11

What happens if nobody's in?

Accepted Answer

Fresh food can't be left on a doorstep, so please make sure someone is in during your slot. If the driver can't deliver, they'll call you. If we still can't hand it over, we'll arrange redelivery, which may cost extra.

Question 12

How do I order for a simcha?

Accepted Answer

Have a look at our simcha packages and send an enquiry with the date and guest numbers. We'll call you, put together a quote and take the whole package off your shoulders. Mechutanim making a chasunah get 10% off.
